Apex helped us out with a major sewer blockage. They were a dream! Very friendly, professional, and (most importantly) knowledgeable. I brought two other local companies out to give us estimates and proposed plans for the project, and only Apex properly diagnosed the problem and had the equipment/expertise to solve it. So grateful!

I had Chas come out to fix a plumbing issue. He was great. Not only was he good at his job but he's also a very friendly easy person to talk to.

We are very new to Chicago and of course our toilet blows and faucets are leaking immediately when we come home after a long day of travel. We like to use local small businesses and this one is a short drive away from us in Wrigleyville. The response to come on a call for us was within 2 hours! So fast! Marco was our plumber and he was with us ALL day and ran to stores and understood and appreciated our wanting top quality parts for the revealed repairs needed. He is very professional, personable and knowledgeable so we highly recommend asking for him as your tech if you need a service call. As far as pricing is concerned, we’re not shocked by the cost of our repairs and even the preventative instals were warranted and not an “upscale”. We completely trust Marco’s further recommendations we’ll tackle at a future time. He’s for sure our guy going forward. He also had amazing restaurant recommendations that we’ve already tried some of and know now he’s a solid source!

They quickly took care of our long lasting clog in our basement drain. Brandon was quick & very thorough. He unclogged the drain in less than 1 hour. He also offered tips on how to keep the drain cleaned out, free from grease & other debris that clogs the drain. He also provided a recommendation for a company to clean the catch basin. We will definitely call again if needed.
